The Card

The Western ONECard is a personalized identification card, complete with photograph, which is issued to all members of the Western community - students, faculty and staff. Your card allows you access to a variety of services on campus including our declining balance meal plan program.

You can obtain your Western ONECard through Student Central, in Room 1120 of the Western Student Services Building.

Your card is non-transferable - no account should be accessed by anyone other than the cardholder. You must present your card each time you make a purchase; otherwise, you will be required to pay cash. Always handle your Western ONECard with care in order to avoid the inconvenience of a card that is lost or not working properly; protect it as you would any credit card.

Lost or stolen cards can be cancelled immediately at any Hospitality Services location. The Western ONECard and any MEAL PLAN dollars are the responsibility of the card holder until either Hospitality Services or the Student Central have been notified.
